b. Your access to the Website is subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms”) set out hereinafter and the ‘Privacy Policy’or such other policies as may be introduced by Zixokart from time to time.

Zixokart Mobile Applications ("Zixokart," "Zixokart.com," "us," "we," "our,"), a service from Zixokart, and its affiliates ( "merchant," "merchants," "business," "businesses,") operate as subject to the Terms & Conditions Notice given hereunder. By visiting us at Zixokart.com, you ("your," "user," "users," "buyer," "buyers," "customer," "customers") accept these Terms & Conditions Notice. Please read them carefully. When you use any current or future Zixokart service (e.g. your account or profile, your reminder service, etc.) or visit/purchase from any business affiliated with Zixokart, whether or not included in Zixokart, you will be subject to these guidelines for such services or business. Thus you acknowledge and agree that by mere use of the Website, you shall be contracting with Zixokart and these Terms and various policies will be binding upon you. In case of any conflict between Terms and any policy the provisions of such policy shall prevail.

NOTES:

1. Activation of web url: Under construction page will be live in 2hrs time. It may take longer time in cases where dns is yet to updated at customer end.

2. Features & Design: You get all features and design as per your selected package.

3. Offers: Promotional offers are subject to change without any prior notice. Offers are limited to few customers only on daily basis.

4. Domain & Hosting: a. Domain & Hosting services at Zixokart.com is offered by 3rd party service providers.

b. Domain registration/renewal and availing hosting services are subject to fullfilling respective service provider terms.

c. Hosting: Its limited and free for 1st year and being shared server, we donot allow any other development work which is not directly related to ecommerce project delivered to you. If we found such foreign works/script/malacious contents, your account will be get blocked permanantly. Further to this, you need to buy a seprate hosting space for your website and need to transfer all source codes from our server to new server. It should be done immediately.

d. Since we dont sell any hosting services and if you continued to use it even after free period, a due amount would be accumulated on yearly basis.

5. After sales support: After sales support is available via email, phone, online chat and Anydesk during our working time.

a. Free support: You get one year free support on design and features as per your package. Support refers answering technical knowledge how kind queries related to working of your admin panel.It does not cover request for features enhancement and/or design improvement.

b. Paid support: All requests for features enhancement and/or design improvement or other services confirmed by our team will attract charges.

c. Support denied: In order to get free support in all respect, you are required not to alter any source code at server side willingly or unwillingly. Our team may deny supporting if core file/s are modified at its place and/or getting countered by external script and/or removed from server.

6. Liability: Zixokart is not liable for any data loss caused by the system. We strongly advice to have a seperate copy of all your files/backups stored on webspace.

7. No Refund Policy: Since web site development and web based services are purely based on man hours of technical people working, which do not allow us to entertain any refund policy after realisation of the payment. Without any exception we have a No Refund policy.

For this reason, we strongly recommend that before making payment, our Clients:

a. Should read all information about terms and condition very carefully.

b. Discuss and be clear about what to be done with our executive.

c. Should evaluate the quality of our development from design works, no claims will be entertained after placing the order and receiving the payment at our end. Where we will always stand by our clients to satisfy them to the maximum possible limit.

d. Should carefully evaluate our designs to ensure they meet the exact specifications you are looking for or tell us your required design before placing an order.

8. We insist we should have only one person coordinating from clients end to ensure faster service & support and avoid communication delay.

9. By making a payment for any web development or related work to Zixokart, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the above No Refund Policy.
